3. Description of Service

Bluucash allows users to:

• Receive various cryptocurrencies into their dedicated Bluucash wallet.
• Automatically convert received crypto into Nigerian Naira (NGN).
• Create and manage virtual USD cards for international online transactions.
• Spend funds globally via integration with Apple Pay and Google Pay.

4. Risks of Cryptocurrency

Cryptocurrency trading and holding involve significant risks. Prices can be volatile, and the value can fluctuate rapidly. By using Bluucash, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Bluucash is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from market movements.

5. Fees and Rates

Bluucash charges fees for certain transactions, including currency conversions and card issuance. All fees and current exchange rates will be displayed clearly within the application before you confirm any transaction.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Bluucash for any illegal activities, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud. We monitor accounts for suspicious activity and will report any violations to the appropriate Nigerian authorities.
